STORY OF NOUR
You know the drill. Smart people, great ideas… and results that feel smaller than the effort.
If that sounds familiar… good. It's the most common pattern in companies that are ready to grow.
THE BEGINING
Everywhere I worked (creative agencies, tech scale-ups, consultancies) I saw the same paradox: smart people, great ideas, decent budgets… and results that felt smaller than the effort. Creativity was there. Ambition was there. Even Data was there (well, most of the times).
But marketing efforts often looked like a yarn ball, when campaigns, brand, product and sales rarely moved in the same direction. Each team alone could move a mountain, but all together couldn't move the needle.
I started to compare the most and the least effective projects, paying special attention to the working principles that differentiated them, and to how these principles interact with each other. In my head, it started to look like a map, which I organised in the B2B Growth Orbit Model.

THE CLARITY GAP
But in most companies I saw, that centre never really lit up. One specific (and equally crucial) element of this model was often quietly left aside, hidden in the operational swamp of busy teams and replaced by divergent efforts. Yes, I'm talking about clarity.
The more I researched, the more evident it became: lack of clarity and alignment is one of the biggest obstacles B2B leaders face. Teams are exhausted by constant change, AI adds pressure and noise, and still there's the expectation of 'doing more with less'.
To make it worse, Gartner found that Marketing and Sales collaborate on average on only 3 out of 15 key activities.
What companies don't need is another random campaign or one more tool. They first need marketing that connects the dots, from purpose to pipeline, in a way people can actually follow, execute, learn and improve.
When marketing operates with clarity, something shifts. Creativity stops being decoration and starts driving revenue. Innovation stops feeling risky and starts feeling guided. People know why they're doing what they're doing, and growth no longer depends on luck.
That is the reason I created Nour: to do the full work of B2B marketing, but with the clarity that makes all of it finally click.
THE DNA OF NOUR
VISION
Marketing only makes sense if it brings results. But Marketing without clarity doesn't sustain results.
MISSION
To help unlock the potential of marketing teams, enabling brand positioning, sustainable growth and product development.
Good work doesn't happen by accident. These principles are built from experience. Ignoring them costs both sides time and trust.
